Grip & Green is a sole-trader business and is not VAT registered.
These terms apply when you buy Grip & Green goods from gripandgreen.com. Please read them with the product description, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Products and orders
Please check the contents, quantities, dimensions where supplied, sizes, colours and other choices on the listing before ordering. Some images are illustrative mock-ups; the listing identifies the goods supplied. Screen colours can vary, but goods will match their description. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Orders are subject to stock availability. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; we accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept it earlier in writing. If we cannot fulfil an order or identify an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before acceptance. We will not increase an agreed price without your consent. Any payment taken for goods we cannot supply will be refunded promptly.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless checkout explicitly shows another currency. Grip & Green is not VAT registered and does not charge UK VAT. Delivery is additional unless expressly included; the total payable is shown before you place your order. International import charges may apply as explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment methods available are shown at checkout.
The minimum order spend is £20 on the goods subtotal, excluding delivery. Discounts and eligibility are calculated at checkout. Applicable delivery charges cannot be used to reach the minimum goods spend.
Dispatch and delivery
Launch orders will not be dispatched before Monday 16 November 2026. After dispatch begins, we aim to dispatch in-stock standard orders within 48 hours, subject to any different date stated or agreed. Delivery estimates for the selected service run after dispatch and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree a guaranteed deadline in writing. Please contact us before ordering if you need an urgent delivery.
Delivery availability and charges are shown at checkout or agreed in a written quotation before you commit. For destinations without a checkout rate, contact us before ordering. We will tell you about delays and work with you to resolve them. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery responsibilities and late-delivery rights.
Cancellation, returns and problems
Consumers buying online normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel and another 14 days to return goods. Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides the full instructions, refund timings and optional cancellation form. Handwritten notes do not remove cancellation rights for standard products. Consumer rights for faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods are additional to change-of-mind rights.
Corporate enquiries and The Cornish Company
Corporate gift enquiries do not place an order or create a commitment. We confirm stock, quantities, prices and delivery in writing before you commit. Any separate terms for a genuine business order must be agreed before that order is accepted.
Corporate golf gifts and non-golf hampers are ordered through Grip & Green following an enquiry and quotation. We coordinate the order, with Cornish Company hampers supplied and dispatched directly by The Cornish Company through our partnership. Your quotation will confirm the agreed contents, prices, delivery arrangements and applicable business terms before you commit. Contact Grip & Green about your corporate order, including any delivery, cancellation or product issue.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will tell you and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact. This does not remove your rights to cancel or receive a refund where the law provides them.
Questions, complaints and applicable law
Please contact Simon using the details above with any complaint so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the law where they live and may bring proceedings in their local courts where the law allows, including Scotland or Northern Ireland where applicable. Nothing here requires a consumer to give up those protections or court rights.
The terms supplied when you order apply to that purchase. Later updates will not retrospectively reduce your rights.
