Delivery

Dispatch begins on Monday 16 November 2026. Once dispatch has begun, we aim to dispatch in-stock standard orders within 48 hours. This is a target, not a guaranteed dispatch time. Delivery transit time is additional.

Current UK options are Standard (£4.99, free for qualifying orders of £50 or more; estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch) and Express (£6.99; estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch). Checkout confirms the options and charges for your address. For urgent orders, contact us before ordering so we can check stock and timing.

We are happy to consider worldwide delivery subject to carrier coverage, destination restrictions and the correct delivery charge. If your address has no checkout option, contact us for a quote before ordering.

Returns and exchanges

Consumer online purchases normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Size and colour exchanges, including gifts, are available subject to stock. Refunds go to the original payment method. Handwritten gift notes do not remove cancellation rights for standard products.

Free glove-size exchange: if the glove in your Golf Gifts for Her Premium Box is the wrong size, we cover return postage and standard replacement delivery, subject to replacement stock. The glove must be unused apart from trying it on. Contact us before returning it so we can arrange postage. See the full policy below.
